We took off for Acadia National Park a couple of weeks ago, to celebrate our quarter-century wedding anniversary. And one of our primary goals while visiting the Down East section of Maine was to sample their culinary delights; Cindy wanted to have lobster everyday, and I wanted to try other regional seafood (I lived in New England for a while as a kid and completely swore off lobster after my first taste of blue crab).
So we hit up some friends that have a vacation home near Acadia, and asked for recommendations. Their response? The lobster rolls at the Fishnet seafood shack in Blue Hill, Maine — just down the road from where we were going to be staying for several nights in Bar Harbor.
